Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
We don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and Exchange Details

We want you to be a happy customer which is why every Pomsky product includes a 1-year limited warranty which covers any defect in craftsmanship. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any items found to be defective and covered by this warranty which begins the date the product has shipped. Each customer is limited to one (1) warranty replacement per purchase.

Fabrics are not warranted against fading or shrinkage. Please follow our detailed care instructions which are included in an email that is sent when your bed ships. Always use cold water, hang dry, and do not put your cover in the dryer. Visible abuse such as digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty. Commercial use will also void this warranty.

If an issue arises please provide us with a picture and description. If you are asked to return an item, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping

All beds are made-to-order in under 2 weeks.

We ship all domestic packages via UPS and provide a tracking number upon shipment. We provide free shipping throughout Continental US. Most packages arrive within 2-4 business days of being shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or an outlying island please contact us for an estimate.

All international orders ship via USPS. If you do not see your country available for shipping please contact us for a shipping estimate. Typical shipping times for USPS International is 6-10 business days but delays can happen due to Customs. There may also be additional duties/fees due from Customs prior to delivery.

Please note that if you are unable to accept delivery of your order and it is returned as “undeliverable” (This includes “unclaimed” and “return to sender”) you will be responsible for the return delivery. Custom-made products that are returned as undeliverable through no fault of our own are not eligible for refunds and will be held for 30 days to allow for return delivery. If a payment for return delivery has not been provided within 30 days they will be ineligible for return delivery.

Color Disclaimer:
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Your privacy is very important. Your information will never be shared with anyone. We use your address and e-mail for order confirmation and shipping purposes only.
